It is expected that all clients have read, understood, and agree to these terms and policies.

New Clients
All first time clients to Amelia Anne Aesthetics are required to place their first booking through the online booking system.
​
Paying a deposit
Once a booking request is made, you may be asked to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable* and will be deducted off the total appointment amount on the day.

*Transfer of deposits on reschedules with more than 72 hours notice will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Refunds
Under no circumstances are refunds provided - especially in the case of tattooing.
Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with the final result and I endeavour to fulfil your aesthetic requests to the highest standard.

Reschedules/Cancellations/No-Shows
Reschedules and cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Rescheduling within less than 72 hours of appointment time will forfeit their deposit OR be subject to cancellation fees* where a deposit is not taken. Please note, I am often booked back to back, meaning your new desired appointment time cannot be guaranteed. ​​​

30-60 min service: 100% of service fee
60-120 min service: 50% of service fee
120+ min service: 25% of service fee

These fees will be first be requested via direct message. If the fees remain unpaid after 24 hours, they will be obtained via the card capture system, entered at time of booking. Any client who no-shows, or refuses to pay fees will no longer be allowed to book.

*Last minute reschedules, cancellations, no shows are always handled on a case by case basis. I understand that life does not always go to plan, and inconveniences happen. I will always do my best to accommodate.

- A note on Card Capture
My booking system utilises 'card capture', whereby it will request that you enter your card details. No money will be taken from your card. If a service requires a deposit I will contact you directly for it. Your card details are not visible to me - they are completely protected by the system. However, in the event of a no-show or the collection of cancellation fees, your card will be charged. I will always attempt to contact you prior to debiting your card, and this will only be used as a last resort.

Public Holidays
Availability on public holidays is on a case by case basis. I will typically update my social media accounts with my availabilities for upcoming public holidays, and my booking system will also be reflective of my availability.

Arriving on Time
I am a home based clinic, located in Mill Park VIC. My address will be provided to you once your booking is confirmed. Please keep the address private once sent to you. Please arrive to your appointments 5 minutes early. Use Google Maps a few nights before, consider road works, peak traffic, accident prone areas (Plenty Road, Childs Road).
If you are running late, please advise me as soon as possible. I have a strict 10 minute grace period, after this your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited/cancellation fees required.

6-8 Week Touch Up Policy
I have a strict "3rd and Final" Brow Tattoo Touch-up policy. A maximum of 2x 6-8 week touch-ups can be booked from the date of your initial appointment. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of your skin. After 3 sessions, the results are unlikely to significantly change. Minimum tray fee is always $140.

Failure to rebook a 6-8 week touch-up within 6-8 weeks of your initial booking will incur an extra fee of $50. This includes reschedules and cancellations which delay the touch-up to surpass the 8 week period.

Note: Major adjustments such as a complete shape change, spot removal or total removal are not included in your touch-up session and are considered a 'change of mind', and will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Existing Brow Tattoo Work
Unless negotiated otherwise - all clients with previous work from another artist must book for new brows. This is not considered a "touch-up" as it is not my work. If I can fix the work or work over it, it is classed as a correction or a cover-up and is full-price.

Special Offers
When a special offer is running, all details will be stipulated in the advertisement post. All special offers are limited to the time period that they are running, and must be locked in with a deposit. If you are quoted a special offer price, the special offer period ends and no deposit is placed, you no longer qualify for the special pricing. Tattoo corrections and cover-ups (if possible) are not eligible for special offers unless otherwise stipulated.

Allotted Appointment Times
Your confirmation email will advise you of how long your service is to run for. Please arrive on time so I can utilise the whole appointment time to complete the work. Appointments will not run over time, to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Allergies/Skin Conditions
It is your responsibility to advise me if you are allergic to any products or foods. I uphold the highest level of hygiene and infection control in my clinic, please make me aware of any allergies or skin conditions if relevant.

Right to Refuse Service
At no time will aggression, threats, abuse, discrimination or derogatory behaviour be tolerated. Please ensure you are fit for service and have followed the preparation instructions for your service. Amelia Anne Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. If you are unfit for service (consumed alcohol in the past 24 hours, are on drugs, visibly sick or suffering from any contagious illnesses or health conditions) you will be asked to reschedule.
